Sing up as a new user per the country based and provide email id and phone number which are used by you, set up a password for creating login ID
Activate your email id from inbox and login into the account. Go to start your booking and fill the application properly.
If you fail to receive email for registration, kindly create another email ID.
If you find my message that your email id or mobile number already exit, kindly create and account with I do have account option and fill new email id and phone number.
If you find any OTP issue, kindly check email id and contact number for accuracy. Even though providing all accurate email and phone number, an issue still continues, kindly contact vfs customer care or click on forget password and continue.
If you are blocked technically for 2 hours or more, wait until it allows you or else clear cookies and make another account.
Check whether you can book more than 1 or 2 appointments in your account, if it is permitted? or else you can book for others from a new account.
You can create account from different email id and phone numbers for your appointments. Be sure that you must provide accurate information in the application.
Keep your eye on the part of insurance, If you fill it up or else continue without an insurance and go for payment.
In case of any cancellation, kindly cancel your appointment before 4 days of traveling, otherwise it may not be applicable for a refund.
